Tip of the Week

Exercise daily: even if it`s just doing some crazy dance moves with the radio, get moving and have fun.

Calgon take me away is more than an old commercial, it`s every mom`s anthem. Get taken away with a nice hot bubblebath. (it`s especially great with some candles and mellow music)

Start a personal journal. Writing out our problems and stresses can be therapeutic. It can help you to get in tune with yourself and that`s really important.

When was the last time you read a good book? Go to your local library and check out one of your favorite romances, mysteries, or horror stories.

Who says that you have to drag your husband or kids out for a night on the town? Take the opportunity to visit that museum, play, opera, or whatever with your favorite person--YOU.
